By accessing or using ZipIntel's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ZipIntel provides address verification, geocoding, and data enrichment services through web interfaces and APIs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account with third parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access source code
  • Exceed your plan's rate limits or quotas
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use the service to send spam or harass others

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIPINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and we will delete your data within 30 days unless required to retain it by law.
